AllWays Health Partners
The AllWays Health Partners (health insurance) rebrand implementation was a multi-team effort that involved a four month timeline touching over 400 physical and digital points of communication engaging every department of the organization. I directed the effort that involved planning, creative direction, and project management with my creative team and the advertising agency. I also oversaw the development of brand assets including photography, iconography, typography, color palette, and brand voice. The rebrand was necessitated by a refocus of the business model, product offerings, and target audience. A new brand name, vision, mission, and values were established to build a "people first" brand position that is genuine, straightforward, caring, and committed.
OmniPod Insulin Management System
I created the OmniPod brand identity for the launch of a medical device that uses ground-breaking technology to deliver insulin to people living with diabetes. I partnered with the marketing research and product development teams from the start-up client to gather product and customer insights to drive the development of the brand identity. I designed the logo and brand identity system to reflect a user experience that simplifies the challenges of people living with diabetes resulting in improved compliance and long-term outcomes.
Joslin Diabetes Center
I created the Joslin Diabetes Center identity system as the institution broadened it's focus on establishing global relationships with governments and medical institutions looking to bring diabetes care, education, and products to specific populations. I worked with each department to develop an inventory of the products and programs being offered to create a sophisticated, professional, and cohesive set of tools while maintaining some of Joslin's familiar brand elements.
